Storage:

Keep DTF film clear and dry, temperature 5-30℃, humidity 40-80%.

Validity: 12 months. If you open it, please use it asap and seal it to be dry.

You may need to know:

Film Printing set: 50%-60% humidity

Indoor temperature: 20-30℃

Heating panel: keep 38-45℃

After printing, let the DTF film into powder shaking machine. Due to the ink will be affect by environment, you can open the heating panel to get good quality result.

The powder shaking machine is suggested to be 40-50℃.

It is better to make the speed of powder shaking matches with the film feeding speed. The temperature of the machine can be increased gradually. You have to keep the film surface temperature to be 70-90℃.

You have to transfer the ready film with ink by heat press machine asap.

For heat press machine:

Heating temperature: 140-160℃

Heat press time: 7-10 seconds

Heat press pressure: 5-7 KG
